Wild Swimming

Wild swimming enthusiasts will find some excellent locations in the vicinity of the hostels. Wolf's Leap in the beautiful Irfon Valley between Dolgoch and Abergwesyn and the easily accessible Wash Pools on the road between Abergwesyn and Llanwrtyd Wells are two great locations. "I camped at the hostel hoping to 'get away from it all' for a couple of nights and boy did I ever!! It was an amazing experience - views outstanding!! The directions were clear on how to get there so due to my 'no service' I was able to arrive safely and find my way home!! The hostel had everything I needed - toilets, showers, heating etc. I will definitely be going back!"
